Here is the latest installment of my cooking videos. This one is on the ever elusive brussel sprout. How they can be the most loved or hated vegetable out of all of them. Fear not, here is a great but uncommon method of preparation. Enjoy and feel free to comment. Glenn

Recession Cooking, Roasted chicken penne!
This one is a few days late but, oh well. I love this dish! it so, so good.
This came about when I was digging around my kitchen and found that I had one of this and one of that. So looking at what I had, I went to the store and picked up a pre-roasted chicken, on sale, $4.99. I could not pass it up. Good chicken without a bunch of chemicals in it and already cooked.
A good start. Let me know what you think and I promise, the UDON will be this weekend.

Also, I take request on recipes and or ingredients you want me to use as a topic of a video. So feel free to comment and leave any or all suggestions.

Today is the day for meat. Here is a super tasty recipe for a inexpensive cut of meat. I love big flavors that kick me in the teeth, this would be one of them that forces me into the dentist for some repair.
I am focusing on simple, easy and inexpensive (that is how I heard me described) cooking. anybody can make this food. DO NOT FEAR! Cook like you mean it.

Recession Curry, Che-e-eep and delish!

This is a first in a series of of light hearted but attainable, delicious and easy to make recipes. They are made for people like me that loves to eat well, broke with the attention span of a dog in a new public park in dog city. You will find that this is not a complicated meal, nor will any of the future demonstrations in these videos. That is by design. I am so over the pompous food shows that make this craft some kind of religious quest only the worthy are able to acquire. That's bullshit! All it takes is the ability to commit a little time, the willingness to trust yourself and cook like you mean it.

So enjoy my series
